The Story Behind CONDUCT™

For much of my career, I practiced as a family physician while balancing life as a wife, mother, business owner, and caregiver.

As I entered my forties, I began experiencing changes many women know well.

My energy was different.

My recovery was different.

My resilience to stress was different.

Despite my medical training, I found myself searching for answers.

The more I learned, the more I realized that countless women were experiencing the same challenges—fatigue, weight gain, poor sleep, brain fog, anxiety, and a loss of vitality—yet often being told their tests were normal or that these changes were simply part of aging.

I knew there had to be a better way.

My search led me to advanced training in Functional and Regenerative Medicine, where I began to understand the powerful connections between hormones, metabolism, sleep, stress physiology, and long-term health.

Over the years, one truth became increasingly clear:


The body does not function in isolated parts.

Hormones influence metabolism.

Sleep influences hormones.

Stress influences both.

Muscle health influences longevity.

Everything is connected.

That realization became the foundation of the CONDUCT™ Method.

Why I Created CONDUCT™

The body reminds me of an orchestra.

Every section has a role.

No single instrument creates the music alone.

The human body works the same way.

Hormones matter, but they are only one part of the story.

Sleep, stress physiology, nutrition, metabolism, digestion, muscle health, thyroid function, and pelvic health all influence how we feel, function, and age.

When one system falls out of balance, the others adapt.

Symptoms are often the result of those adaptations.

The goal is not simply to replace a hormone or treat a symptom.

The goal is to restore alignment across the systems that influence health, vitality, and longevity.

That philosophy became CONDUCT™.
