Refund & Cancellation Policy
At CONDUCT™ by Dr. Bahar Amin, we value your time and dedicated care. To provide the highest quality service to all patients, we enforce the following booking and cancellation policies:

A deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least five (5) business days’ notice.

Cancellations made with less than five (5) business days’ notice and missed appointments (no-shows) will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Program enrolments are subject to the CONDUCT™ Program Refund Policy.

Within seven (7) days of enrolment and prior to the first appointment, participants may cancel and receive a 90% refund. A 10% administrative fee will apply.

After seven (7) days but before the first consultation, participants may be eligible for a 50% refund.

Once the initial consultation, advanced testing, or personalized recommendations have commenced, program fees are non-refundable.

In exceptional medical circumstances, the clinic may, at its sole discretion, provide a partial credit toward future services.
At BA MED HARMONY, we stand behind the quality of our products.
Due to health, safety, and quality-control regulations, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on opened supplements, protein powders, or nutritional products.
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are sealed, unused, and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or shipped in error.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned product has been received and inspected.
