The Story Behind CONDUCT™

For years, I practiced medicine the way many physicians are trained to: identify symptoms, prescribe treatments, and move quickly from one concern to the next. But over time, both professionally and personally, I began to see a pattern.

Women in midlife were being told their fatigue was normal, their weight gain was inevitable, their anxiety was stress, their brain fog was aging, and their sleep disruption was “just hormones.”

Too often, care became fragmented. One doctor for hormones. Another for thyroid. Another for weight. Another for sleep. Another for mental health. Yet no one was looking at the body as an interconnected system.

"As a physician, a woman, a wife, a mother of twins, and a business owner balancing the demands of career, family, and life, I experienced firsthand how profoundly stress, hormonal shifts, sleep disruption, metabolism, and emotional load can affect a woman’s health."

Even with years of medical training, I realized how much conventional medicine was missing when it came to the complexity of women’s midlife health. I saw women being given hormones without deeper metabolic assessment, symptoms treated in isolation, and exhaustion normalized.

That realization changed the way I practiced medicine. I began integrating evidence-based hormone therapy with a broader systems-based approach: looking at cortisol patterns, metabolic health, muscle composition, thyroid kinetics, gut-liver clearing paths, nutrition, stress physiology, and the deeper changes in perimenopause and menopause.

Over years of clinical practice, patient transformations, advanced training, and lived experience, the CONDUCT™ Framework was born from one core belief: The body does not work in isolation. And neither should medicine.

Just like an orchestra cannot function when every section plays independently, women’s health cannot be optimized by focusing on only one hormone or lab result.

Seven Systems. One Harmony. You.

CONDUCT™ was created to help women understand the deeper connections between hormones, metabolism, stress, digestion, body composition, and long-term health because true wellness begins when the whole system works together.

“Just as an orchestra cannot perform in harmony when every section plays independently, health cannot be optimized when the body’s systems are treated in isolation.”
