CONDUCT™ provides educational, wellness, preventive health, and medical consultation services where applicable.

Participation in any consultation, assessment, program, or service does not guarantee specific medical, health, or treatment outcomes.

Recommendations are individualized and outcomes may vary based on medical history, health status, adherence to recommendations, lifestyle factors, and other individual circumstances.

Appointment Bookings and Cancellations

​

Appointments may require a deposit at the time of booking.

​

A minimum of five (5) business days’ notice is required for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

​

Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the booking deposit.

​

Additional booking policies may be communicated at the time of scheduling.

Program Refund Policy

​

Program enrolments are subject to the following refund policy:

​

• Within seven (7) days of enrolment and before the first appointment: 90% refund (10% administrative fee applies)

• After seven (7) days but before the first consultation: 50% refund

• Once the initial consultation, assessment, testing process, or program services have commenced: no refunds will be issued

​

In exceptional medical circumstances supported by documentation, CONDUCT™ may, at its sole discretion, provide partial credit toward future services.

Products offered through this website are subject to availability.

Prices, product offerings, and specifications may be changed without notice.

Shipping, returns, exchanges, and refund eligibility are governed by the Shipping & Returns Policy.
